W\u00e4hrend der Ideenfindung, was wir uns anschauen wollten, hatten wir unter anderem eine Folge des amerikanischen Kochs Anthony Bourdain angeschaut, in welcher er alt-ehrw\u00fcrdige New Yorker Restaurants und Delis beschrieben hat. Eines, <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Katz%27s_Delicatessen\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Katz\u00b4s Delicatessen<\/a>, ist uns dabei in Erinnerung geblieben &#8211; also ging es da hin.<\/p>\n<p>Katz\u00b4s liegt an der Lower East Side und gilt als eines der besten Delis in ganz New York.\u00a0 Jede Woche (!) werden dort 10.000 Pfund <a href=\"http:\/\/de.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Pastrami\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Pastrami <\/a>und 12.000 HotDogs verkauft. Am Eingang bekommt man einen Bon, auf dem das Essen notiert wird. Beim Rausgehen zahlt man dann einfach das, was auf dem Bon notiert ist. Es gibt sechs Queues, an denen man Essen bekommt.
